These shares represent 2.74% of the Company&#8217;s share capital.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the Board of Directors, in the same meeting, decided to suspend the current share buyback program approved by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on April 18, 2024, until the completion of the sale of the aforementioned 100,000 treasury shares.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"parent":0,"template":"","announcement-categories":[161,159],"class_list":["post-16348","announcement","type-announcement","status-publish","hentry","announcement-categories-pre-announcement","announcement-categories-treasury-shares"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO Pro 4.9.8 -
