that, following the decision of the Ordinary General Shareholders\u2019 Meeting dated 18.04.2024 as well as the decision of BoD dated 30.05.2024 and pursuant to article 49 of L.4548\/2018, as amended and currently in force, it has proceeded through EUROBANK EQUITIES (\u03b1) in the meeting dated 30<sup>th<\/sup> of May 2025, to the purchase of 734 treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 6.7007 euro per share, of a total value of 4,926.17euro and (b) in the meeting dated 02<sup>nd<\/sup> of June 2025, to the purchase of 738 treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 6.70 euro per share, of a total value of 4,952.51 euro.<\/p>\n<p>Following the above purchases, the Company owns 109,421 treasury shares, with an average acquisition price of 6.49 euro per share, a percentage of 3.00% of the total shares of the
