\u201cALPHA TRUST – ANDROMEDA Investment Trust S.A.\u201d, announced that, following the approval of the five-year dividend reinvestment program (scrip dividend) for the period 2023\u20132028 by the Extraordinary General Meeting on July 26, 2023, 23.62% of the total share capital (excluding treasury shares) responded positively to the program by choosing to reinvest in the Company.<\/p>\n
On Friday, November 07th<\/sup>, 2025, the dividend payment will be made, and 29,809 new shares issued through the program are expected to begin trading on that date.<\/p>\n The positive response to the Dividend Reinvestment Program confirms the shareholders\u2019 long-standing trust in the Company\u2019s performance and further strengthens its strategy for sustainable growth and capital reinforcement.<\/p>\n Referring to the program, the Company\u2019s CEO, Mr. Vasileios Kletsas stated:<\/p>\n \u201cOur shareholders, who chose to participate in all four phases of the reinvestment program, implemented to date have already seen a positive impact on their returns. Specifically, from the date of the first reinvestment, on November 24th<\/sup>, 2023, to October 31st<\/sup>, 2025, while the share\u2019s return reached 15.94% and the combined return of share and dividend stood at 28.83%, the total return, including reinvestment, reached 31.40% almost double the share\u2019s return.
