and currently in force, it has proceeded through BETA Securities, in the meeting dated May 27<sup>th<\/sup> 2026, to the purchase of 2,036 \u00a0treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 8.2291 euro per share, of a total value of 16,782.16 euro.<\/p>\n<p>Following the above purchase, the Company owns 183,036 treasury shares, with an average acquisition price of 7.01 euro per share, a percentage of 4.90% of the total shares of the
