As a result, the final dividend amount is set at <strong>\u20ac0.2642775532 <\/strong>per share.<\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to article 46 of Law 4172\/2013, there is no withholding tax.<\/p>\n<p>The dividend distribution out of previous year\u2019s profits of a total amount of \u20ac938,633.60 will be executed as part of the reinvestment program (&#8220;Program&#8221;), which was approved by the Company\u2019s \u0395GM dated 26.07.2023, giving the shareholders the option to choose whether they wish to receive the entire dividend, to which they are entitled, in cash or to reinvest the said amount in the Company or to combine the above two options and receive a portion in cash and reinvest the remaining amount by taking shares of the Company.<\/p>\n<p>The ex-dividend date is <strong>October 12<sup>th<\/sup> ,2026<\/strong>. The beneficiaries of the dividend are the Company\u2019s shareholders who shall be registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System on <strong>October 13<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026 (record date) <\/strong>and according to the regulations of Euronext Securities Athens.<\/p>\n<p>The dividend payment will commence on <strong>November 06<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026<\/strong>, and will be carried
