ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA S.A. today announced its financial results for the first half of 2025, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards. According to the results announced by the company, earnings before taxes (EBT) for the first half of the year amounted to \u20ac3.84 million compared to \u20ac1.28 million in the same period of 2024, while net profits reached \u20ac3.78 million.<\/p>\n

For the period from January 1st<\/sup>, 2025, to June 30th<\/sup>, 2025, the company’s portfolio recorded a return of 12.41%, with the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the portfolio standing at \u20ac34.39 million or \u20ac9.28 per share as of 30.06.2025. ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA’s stock was trading on the ASE at a discount of 27.19% as of 30.06.2025.<\/p>\n

The portfolio composition on June 30th<\/sup>, 2025, included investments in listed shares on the Athens Stock Exchange at 96.29%, bond investments at 0.94%, and investments in Money Market Mutual Funds at 2.29%.<\/p>\n

Distribution of an extraordinary dividend<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Company\u2019s Board of Directors, at its meeting on September 9th<\/sup>, 2025, approved the distribution of an extraordinary dividend, with a reinvestment option, amounting to \u20ac926,088.75, corresponding to \u20ac0.25 per share. Since treasury shares are not entitled to a dividend, the final amount per share will be adjusted accordingly, taking into account the dividend corresponding to the Company\u2019s treasury shares on the ex-dividend date. The said dividend amount is not subject to withholding tax.<\/p>\n

The extraordinary dividend of \u20ac0.25 per share comes in addition to the \u20ac0.33 per share dividend distributed by the Company in June 2025. The total dividend of \u20ac0.58 per share corresponds to a dividend yield of 8.0% for the current fiscal year, based on the current share price.<\/p>\n

On the occasion of the announcement of results and the distribution of a dividend, ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA S.A.’s CEO, Mr. Vasileios Kletsas, stated:<\/p>\n
