ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION

The Company “ALPHA TRUST – ANDROMEDA INVESTMENT TRUST S.A.” pursuant to the provisions of Regulation EU 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, as in force, announces that the shareholder Mr. Vasileios Kletsas, the Company’s CEO, (Liable Person pursuant to the provisions of Regulation EU 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council), has proceeded on 20.11.2024 to the purchase, through multiple transactions via the Athens Stock Exchange, of 1.000 common registered shares of the abovementioned Company, of a total net value of 6,421.40 euro.
