“ALPHA TRUST – ANDROMEDA Investment Trust S.A.” informs the investing community that, following the decision of its Board of Directors on 18.03.2025 and the relevant announcement, it proceeded with the sale of 100,000 treasury shares, corresponding to 2.74% of its share capital, to institutional investors during the Athens Stock Exchange session on 19.03.2025, at a selling price of €6.50 per share and a total value of €650,000.

Following the aforementioned sale, the Company holds 90,904 own shares, corresponding to 2.49% of its share capital.

Following the completion of the above sale of 100,000 treasury shares, the share buyback program approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 18.04.2024 continues.
