Following the announcement of ALPHA TRUST – ANDROMEDA Investment Trust S.A., dated 15.04.2025, regarding the dividend distribution out of 2024 and previous year’s profits of a total amount of 1,167,277.44 euro, as approved by the Company’s AGM dated 14.04.2025, the Company informs it’s investment community that the final amount per share is adjusted for the 106,507 treasury shares held by the Company, which are not entitled to a dividend. As a result, the final dividend amount is set at 0.3296243937 euro per share.

The dividend distribution out of 2024 and previous year’s profits of a total amount of 1,167,277.44 euro will be executed as part of the reinvestment program (“Program”), which was approved by the Company’s ΕGM dated 26.07.2023, giving the shareholders the option to choose whether they wish to receive the entire dividend, to which they are entitled, in cash or to reinvest the said amount in the Company or to combine the above two options and receive a portion in cash and reinvest the remaining amount by taking shares of the Company.

Pursuant to article 46 of Law 4172/2013, there is no withholding tax.

The ex-dividend date is May 19^th ,2025. The beneficiaries of the dividend are the Company’s shareholders who shall be registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System on May 20^th, 2025 (record date) and according to the regulations of ATHEX CSD.

The dividend payment will commence on June 13^th, 2025, and will be carried out via Piraeus Bank.
