“ALPHA TRUST – ANDROMEDA Investment Trust S.A.” would like to inform the investment community that, following the decision of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting dated 21.04.2026 as well as the decision of BoD dated 30.04.2026 and pursuant to article 49 of L.4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, it has proceeded through BETA Securities, in the meeting dated June 05th 2026, to the purchase of 2,130 treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 8.3689 euro per share, of a total value of 17,855.22 euro.
Following the above purchase, the Company owns 187,487 treasury shares, with an average acquisition price of 7.04 euro per share, a percentage of 5.02% of the total shares of the Company.
