“Alpha Trust – Andromeda Investment Trust S.A.” announces the updated Financial Calendar for the year 2026 regarding the distribution of an extraordinary dividend, amounting to €938,633.00, with a reinvestment right, i.e. €0.25 per share, pursuant to the resolution of the Company’s Board of Directors dated 09.09.2026.
Specifically,
- Ex-dividend date: Monday, October 12th, 2026
- Record date: Tuesday October 13th, 2026
- Payment date: Friday, November 06th, 2026
The dividend payment will be carried out through Piraeus Bank.
It is noted that the final amount per share will be adjusted by the treasury shares held by the Company, which are not entitled to dividends, on the dividend ex-date.
