Following the announcement of ALPHA TRUST – ANDROMEDA Investment Trust S.A., dated 11.09.2026, regarding the dividend distribution out of previous year’s profits of a total amount of €938,633.00, as approved by the Company’s BoD dated 09.09.2026, the Company informs it’s investment community that the final amount per share is adjusted for the 202,838 treasury shares held by the Company, which are not entitled to a dividend. As a result, the final dividend amount is set at €0.2642775532 per share.
Pursuant to article 46 of Law 4172/2013, there is no withholding tax.
The dividend distribution out of previous year’s profits of a total amount of €938,633.60 will be executed as part of the reinvestment program (“Program”), which was approved by the Company’s ΕGM dated 26.07.2023, giving the shareholders the option to choose whether they wish to receive the entire dividend, to which they are entitled, in cash or to reinvest the said amount in the Company or to combine the above two options and receive a portion in cash and reinvest the remaining amount by taking shares of the Company.
The ex-dividend date is October 12th ,2026. The beneficiaries of the dividend are the Company’s shareholders who shall be registered in the records of the Dematerialized Securities System on October 13th, 2026 (record date) and according to the regulations of Euronext Securities Athens.
The dividend payment will commence on November 06th, 2026, and will be carried out via Piraeus Bank.
