ALPHA TRUST – ANDROMEDA Investment Trust S.A. announces the following with respect to the issue price of the new shares to be issued following the dividend re-investment from the previous year’s profits with a corresponding share capital increase:

The Company’s Board of Directors at its meeting dated 09.09.2025 determined that the issue price of the shares will be equal to the average of the first five daily VWAP-Volume Weighted Average Price of the selection period (i.e. from 16.10.2025 to 22.10.2025 inclusive), reduced by 1% (discount percentage), as already been announced.

According to the above calculation method and based on the volume – weighted average price of the shares from 16.10.2025 to 22.10.2025 (inclusive), the issue price of the new shares is 7.33 euro.
