“ALPHA TRUST – ANDROMEDA Investment Trust S.A.” would like to inform the investment community that, following the decision of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting dated 18.04.2024 as well as the decision of BoD dated 30.05.2024 and pursuant to article 49 of L.4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, it has proceeded through EUROBANK EQUITIES:

(α) in the meeting dated 06^th of May 2025, to the purchase of 345 treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 6.6852 euro per share, of a total value of 2,310.09 euro,

(b) in the meeting dated 7^th of May 2025, to the purchase of 586 treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 6.7163 euro per share, of a total value of 3,942.04 euro and

(c) in the meeting dated 8^th of May 2025, to the purchase of 608 treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 6.72 euro per share, of a total value of 4,092.30 euro.

Following the above purchase, the Company owns 106,507 treasury shares, with an average acquisition price of 6.48 euro per share, a percentage of 2.92% of the total shares of the Company.
