Notification of a change in the percentage of voting rights due to the acquisition of own shares

The company “ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA S.A.” (“Issuer”), in accordance with article 15 of Law 3556/2007, informs the investment community that, following the own share acquisition programs, the company “ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA S.A.” οn 05.06.2026, crossed the 5% threshold and directly holds 187,487 shares, corresponding to 5.02% of the company’s share capital and voting rights.
