Profit after tax reached 8.27 mil. euros from 2.72 mil. euros in 2024, showing an increase of 205%. The increase in profitability was the result of the improvement in all categories of portfolio income, i.e. valuation gains, the sale of securities and portfolio income. Dividend Distribution Proposal

The Board of Directors proposes to the General Meeting the distribution of a dividend of 1,493,665.60 euros, corresponding to 0.40 euros per share, compared to the 0.32 euros proposed in the previous year, which represents an increase of 25%. As the Treasury shares do not receive a dividend, the final amount per share will be adjusted accordingly, taking into account the dividend attributable to the company’s Treasury shares on the record date. It should be noted that the dividend of the Company is tax-free.

ALPHA TRUST-ANDROMEDA maintains its strategy of distributing a dividend twice a year, a practice that it intends to continue in 2026, if conditions permit. From 2019 onwards, the Company’s dividend yield is higher every year than the total dividend yield of the Athens Stock Exchange, while the goal is to continue this policy in the future.
